// Compulsory purchase
In these cases, our strategy is to obtain the highest possible price –fair price- in relation to the expropriated land and compensation and indemnification by the demerit suffered on the part of land that wasn’t expropriated.
Firstly the administrative proceedings have to start, claims are made to the expropriating administration. Then we will provide the valuation report along with the appraisal report. If the administration rejects this assessment by resolution, we will appeal before to the Provincial Jury (or Territorial) Expropriation. Similarly, in case of unfavourable resolution of the Provincial Jury, it will be appealed in court proceedings before the High Court.
